Here are some answers to our most commonly asked questions.  If you don't see what you need below, please contact us and we will make sure you get taken care of.

Q: How large will the monogram be on the item I have ordered?

A: Average monogram size runs 2.5-4" however monogramming is always proportional to the item unless otherwise stated.  

Q: What is the return policy?

A: Monogrammed items CANNOT be returned! If you are unhappy with your items for any reason, please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your item.

Q: How will I know my item has been shipped?

A: Once your item ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a USPS tracking number!

Q: How long until my order will ship?

A: All online orders take 5-7 days  to process/ship unless otherwise stated in the title. Special items require more time depending on vendor location, processing times, etc. 

Q: Can I pick up my order at the local store front?

A: Yes! During checkout, please select the in-store pickup option in the shipping options drop box. 

Q: Will my order be done sooner if I pick it up in the store?

A: All online order take 5-7 days. A staff member will call you when your order is ready to pick up!

Q.  What if I receive my order and it is damaged?

A: Please contact us in writing, via email, within 7 days of receipt of your order.  Email us at info@emmagrayboutique.com with a description of the damage along with a picture and we will contact you shortly.
