Shipping & Returns

OUR RETURN POLICY

Because our products are custom made (and designed by you), we cannot accept returns for any personalized items unless there is an error on our part or the item is defective.  Any returns will be processed via store credit within 14 days of purchase.

PLEASE IMMEDIATELY INSPECT YOUR ORDER UPON RECEIPT. If your item is defective or was customized incorrectly, please contact us at info@emmagrayboutique.com or call us at 205-476-8787 (Monday - Friday 11am-6pm Saturdays 11am-4pm).

We do NOT accept incorrect personalized merchandise AFTER 14 days upon receipt of shipment. Every effort will be made to correct or replace your item(s) that were not personalized correctly and we apologize for any mistake. 

The most important thing to us is that you are satisfied. If you have ANY questions regarding monogramming, applique or color choice please contact us PRIOR to placing your order.

PROCESSING TIME

Because our items are personalized (and made-to-order), processing time is 5-7 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page. Every effort will be made to process your order and ship before this time, but during peak seasons the processing time will increase to 14-21 days before shipping. If you need RUSH delivery or processing, please select this option during the checkout process and email us at info@emmagrayboutique.com to let us know.

PLEASE NOTE! Additional shipping fees may apply by adding a RUSH fee to your order.

RUSH POLICY

RUSH processing is available on certain products.  If a product falls into this category, there will be an option to select RUSH processing on the product page. RUSHED processing means your order will be processed in 1-2 business days AFTER the order is received vs. our normal processing time of 10-14 days! YOU MUST EMAIL paige@emmagrayboutique.com to notify us the order needs to be RUSHED! If the item can be RUSHED it will be personalized and shipped in 1-2 days, shipped via USPS arriving to you in an additional 1-3 days! Emma Gray is NOT responsible for packages lost by USPS once they have shipped from our facility.

 

$6.50 FLAT RATE

All orders $49.99 and under will be charged a flat rate of $6.50 shipping via USPS, UNLESS the item has a specific shipping cost which is typically any of our vinyl decals or larger, heavier items that require special packaging!  You will be notified via email with shipping and tracking information once your item leaves our facility.

LOCAL PICK UP

If you wish to select local-pick up as a shipping option, please do so at checkout. You will be contacted via email and phone to pick-up your order when it has been completed. PLEASE NOTE! Local Pick-Up does NOT speed up the processing of your order, but does allow you to save shipping costs and reduces the time it would take to ship to you.
